General Terms and Conditions

Bills are sent after each order. All bills are due according to the agreed upon terms. No additional credit will be extended to past due accounts unless satisfactory arrangements are made with our Accounts Receivable department.

I hereby authorize release of any credit information from any source, to Give Something Back Inc. for the purpose of extending credit. The above information is submitted for the purpose of opening an account, and I do hereby certify that this information is true and correct.

Give Something Back Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase, return it within 60 days for credit or a complete refund. Please keep in mind, however, that all returns must be in original, undamaged packaging. Software must be unopened. Printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, computers and computer monitors must be returned within 14 days. Our return policy does not apply to food, medicinal or perishable items and custom orders including printing, office furniture and custom office products.
