MyGSB Conversion Process

Conversion Instructions

Your account has been prepared to convert from our old shopping portal to MyGSB. Please do not use the Set Up An Account option if you already have an account.

1. Simply login to your account on our old site
2. Click the message "Click here to login to MyAccount on our exciting new online catalog!”. (The link will take you to the shopping page of MyGSB.)
3. Login to MyGSB under MyAccount on the left using the User ID and password previously used on our old site.
4. Change your password and set your security question. Please read below for password help. 

You are finished! Your account including your settings, account history and favorites lists are now available on MyGSB.

Password help

For your protection, MyGSB provides enhanced password security. Passwords must be at least six characters and can be both lower and upper case. For this reason, when we converted your account we converted all letters to lower case. If your password was less than six characters you will need to enter a new password after you enter your old password the first time you login to MyGSB. You will be asked to confirm your password and create a security question once you have logged in the first time.
