Free Next Day Delivery
We provide free next day delivery on orders of $50 or more on most items. Custom orders including custom office products, printing and some furniture may be subject to a delivery charge and may require longer delivery times. In most cases, orders placed by 5:00 PM in your time zone will be delivered the next day. Please call to confirm delivery times in your area.
100% Complete Orders
We strive to ship 100% complete office supply orders 100% of the time. In the event that an item is out of stock in our local warehouse, we will call you and offer an alternative item or ship the item from another Give Something Back distribution center.
All Business Products are Returnable
We base our success on your satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase, return it within 60 days for a complete refund. All returns must be in original, undamaged packaging. Software must be un-opened. Printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers, computers and computer monitors must be returned within 14 days. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, including printing, office furniture and custom office products. Food, beverage and first aid products are not returnable.

If you find an identical item offered at a lower price by an authorized dealer within 30 days of purchase from Give Something Back, we will beat the price. Our guarantee does not apply to special promotional offers, rebates, floor samples, offers with quantity restrictions, refurbished, closeouts, one of a kind, damaged or second grade merchandise. The dealer must have the item in stock for next day delivery. Competitor shipping and handling will be included when matching prices. Guarantee does not apply to resellers or Internet auctions. Competitor price is frequently verified online. Fax confirmation of competitor price may be required.
